iQ Student Accommodation came to me wanting to achieve a very rapid and broad digital transformation of their business. Their CEO Matt Merrick is someone I have worked closely with in the past and knew that I would be able to realise this for them.

I conducted a competitive RFP to find a digital design and build partner with experience creating mobile apps and ecommerce website for complex business. Partnering with London based Catch Digital we built iQ's first mobile companion app for students. Giving their 30,000 students essential information and services at their finger tips, alongside community building content and tools.

We built a new multi-language ecommerce website which enable iQ to sell their bedrooms online direct to customers. Something which they hadnt been able to do before.

This new site couple with new video and photography content set iQ apart from their competitors as the most desirable choice in student accommodation.

Additionally we put Sugar CRM in place to enable tailored automated lifecycle and transactional comms programmes removing the burden of manual email campaigns and on-site resident communications.
