The Hoxton Hotel

The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels inspired by the diversity and originality of the streets and scenes that surrounds us.

I lead a 9 month digital transformation project for Ennismore, the owners of the Hoxton Hotel & Gleneagles to optmise their digital marketing efforts and carry out an RFP to appoint a new agency partner to redesign and rebuild their digital assets.

Appointing Feed/DEPT after a competitive tender process, together we redesigned The Hoxton.com to better showcase The Hoxton's growing number of hotels and their unique culture. A mobile optimised booking engine completed the redesign and build. Enabling Apple Pay and a better experienced for returning guests alogside a new tailored CRM programme saw The Hoxton's direct sales channel improve 560%.
