Residently

Residently is a seed funded Prop-Tech startup, their mission is to reinvent renting as a rewarding lifestyle choice, rather than a compromise.

In 2020 when I joined Residently as Director of Marketing they had a vision and mission to reinvent renting as a desirable lifestyle choice - but had failed to translate this in to a brand proposition.

Internal teams, investors and their B2C & B2B audiences were confused about what Residently did and where they added value.

Residently was a startup off to a bad start. What marketing activity they had done was muddled and confused, ineffective and expensive.

Residently needed to hit the reset button and to establish itself and its brand proposition. It needed a brand and marketing do-over.

Working with London based agency ShopTalk, I took Residently through a full branding programme and established marketing best practices which have reinvigorated the business.
